Question 1

What is ThreatShield AI?

Accepted Answer

ThreatShield AI helps business owners bring less visible security risks into view and choose a practical next step. The live Business Shield Founding Pilot includes a security dashboard, team device inventory, six-check checkup, identity and device signals, saved recovery guidance, and recommended response steps.

Question 2

Is Shield Home available today?

Accepted Answer

Shield Home is a proposed $49/month future tier for families. It is not available to purchase today, and its feature scope is still being defined.

Question 3

What is the difference between the $99 and $149 Business Shield offers?

Accepted Answer

The $99/month Business Shield Founding Pilot is the live offer for founders and small businesses. The separate $149/month Business Shield tier is proposed for the future; it is not live and its feature scope is still being defined.

Question 4

Who is ThreatShield AI for—families, individuals, or small businesses?

Accepted Answer

The live founding pilot is for founders and small businesses. Shield Basic for individuals and Shield Home for families are proposed future tiers, not current offers. The other proposed tiers are also still being defined.

Question 5

Which devices and accounts are included in the planned coverage horizon?

Accepted Answer

The planned coverage horizon includes PCs/Macs, Android/iPhone, routers/Wi-Fi, business networks, cloud accounts, and identities. Broader integrations across these surfaces are planned. The current pilot provides a team device inventory and identity/device signals, not broad automatic integrations or continuous monitoring.

Question 6

What is the staged product direction?

Accepted Answer

The planned sequence is threat detection, threat intelligence, automated protection, response, and continuous monitoring. “ThreatShield AI never sleeps—24/7 and beyond” is a long-term vision for future continuous protection, planned rather than live today; it is not a promise of live 24/7 monitoring or emergency response. Guided recovery steps are available today; broader automated protection and continuous monitoring are planned.

Question 7

Does ThreatShield AI read or sell my personal or business data?

Accepted Answer

ThreatShield AI uses your profile, protection map, devices, alerts, network entries, and checkup state to provide the security workspace you asked for. The current privacy copy says this information stays private to your account; it does not claim to read unrelated data or make a broader data-use promise beyond the service, legal, platform-protection, fraud-prevention, and transaction needs it describes.

Question 8

What happens after I report a suspicious incident?

Accepted Answer

Your report is saved to your account so you can record what you noticed and return to it later. The recovery guide then gives you a focused checklist, including securing important accounts, turning on two-step verification, scanning devices, contacting a bank when needed, reviewing activity, and monitoring credit or identity. It is practical guidance, not a promise of automatic investigation or emergency response.

Question 9

What does the $99/month founding pilot include?

Accepted Answer

The live pilot includes the Business Shield security dashboard, team device inventory, six-check security checkup, identity and device signals, saved recovery guidance, and recommended response steps. It helps you review signals and take guided steps; it does not automatically block threats, guarantee prevention, or provide 24/7 monitoring or emergency response.

Question 10

What are the proposed future prices?

Accepted Answer

All six are proposed, not available plans: Shield Basic at $29/month for individuals; Shield Home at $49/month for families; Business Shield at $149/month for small businesses; Business Pro at $399/month for growing businesses; Security Command at $999+/month for larger organizations; and Enterprise at custom pricing. Feature scope for these tiers is still being defined. The $99/month Business Shield Founding Pilot remains the only current offer.

Question 11

Does ThreatShield AI replace antivirus, insurance, or an IT or security team?

Accepted Answer

No. ThreatShield AI helps you understand your security picture and choose practical next steps. It complements trusted antivirus, software updates, insurance, and professional IT or security support; it does not guarantee prevention, automatically block threats, provide 24/7 monitoring, or act as emergency response.

Question 12

How do I get started and pay?

Accepted Answer

Choose Start the founding pilot, create or sign in to your ThreatShield AI account, and continue to the hosted checkout for the $99/month subscription. Payment setup must be completed by the ThreatShield AI owner before live checkout can accept payment. You can also email the team with questions before starting.
